Who is behind Expat Valencia

Expat Valencia is a service of Gestoría Beltrán Cifre SL, a gestoría based in the Valencian Community that prepares and files administrative procedures for individuals and companies. Our team works with foreign nationals every day: remote workers, retirees, students, families and entrepreneurs who have chosen Valencia.

An online service

We do not have an office open to the public in Valencia, and we do not need one. We handle your paperwork in Valencia remotely and book your appointments: forms, fee payments, document checks and appointment searches are all done online, by WhatsApp, phone and email, in English and Spanish. You only attend in person where the procedure requires it, and we brief you beforehand.

Every case begins with a review. In writing, and before you pay, we tell you which procedure applies, what to gather and what it will cost. If what you need is outside our scope, we say so.

Our commitments

• No promises about appointment dates or decisions that depend on the administration.
• Official fees always shown apart from our fee.
• No procedure started just because it was the one you asked for, if another route suits you better.
