Residence Renewal in Valencia
Your permit is about to expire and you live in Valencia: the renewal is filed with the foreigners' office here, and then a new card follows. We file on time, follow the case and book your new TIE.

What it is
Most temporary authorisations can be renewed from Spain, usually within the 60 days before expiry or up to 90 days after it. In Valencia province, residence and work authorisations are handled by the Oficina de Extranjería of the Subdelegación del Gobierno, whose main office is on Carrer Diputada Clara Campoamor, at the corner with Motilla del Palancar (number 23). Many renewals can be filed electronically, without visiting the office.
After five years of legal residence you may be eligible for long-term residence. Once the renewal is approved, you apply for a new TIE at the police.
